Mango Sorbet? Sherbet? Sherbert? What is the difference? What are all of these words! This is the debate I got into with some of my colleagues over lunch last week. To be honest, I realized I just did not care. This could be called ‘flying spaghetti UFO for all I care – all that mattered to me was that I would never have to go without it. And thanks to the nature of a HIGH CARB, whole-foods based vegan diet, I won’t ever have to because I have trained my body to be extremely efficient in processing sugars.
